This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.

PA Instinct (private assistant)

PA Instinct is a private personal assistant used by one person, its owner. It is not offered to the public. It connects only to the owner's own accounts (for example Gmail, Google Calendar, Telegram and Slack), after the owner signs in and grants access.

• Data from those accounts is stored on the owner's own computer, encrypted where it holds secrets, and is not sold, shared with advertisers or used to train AI models.
• To answer the owner's requests, relevant extracts are sent to the AI provider Anthropic under its commercial terms, which do not permit training on this data.
• Nothing is sent, booked or paid on the owner's behalf without the owner's explicit approval.
• The owner can disconnect any account and delete all stored data at any time.

Google user data

PA Instinct's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the assistant's features to its owner.

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@lntech.uk.
